The Support Settings menu in the Digisquares platform allows users to configure communication tools for project support management. This includes integrations with Email, Slack, Messenger, and WhatsApp. These settings are consistent across the Copilot, Web, and Mobile applications.
Email Settings
Email settings allow you to configure an SMTP server for sending automated emails, alerts, and other communications. This is essential for keeping users informed within your project.

Slack Sign-In Key: Enter the Slack sign-in key to authenticate the integration.

Bot Key: Provide the bot key for the Slack integration, allowing the bot to interact within the Slack channels.

Messenger Settings
